Origin
It settled in damp technical facilities, where metal salts constantly got into its food and water. Its slime became better at conducting weak currents.
Appearance
A low dark snail with a flat, thick disc shell, a lime-green angular spiral and three copper contacts on each side.
Signature ability
Faint Short Circuit
Three nearest enemies: 150 damage, −25 mana and Staggered for 1.5 s.
Passive trait
Conductive Trail
Every move Conduslug makes leaves a short conductive line; Charge techniques can travel along it farther than usual.
Moves

Slime Circuit
Charge / Field
Draws a conductive trail on a surface.

Warm Wall
Flow / Support
Recovers near a running object or a Heat Field.

Faint Short Circuit
Signature move
Charge / Impulse
Hits the target through surfaces linked by a Circuit.

Damp Detour
Flow / Maneuver
Slowly climbs vertical surfaces and keeps the trail it has made.
Evolution
Line E-08: A Snail of Three Worlds
Fungislug is the base symbiotic form.
- Fungislug → Ferroslug — the hydrothermal branch. The fungal partnership gives way to chemosynthetic bacteria, and the shell mineralizes with iron and sulfur.
- Fungislug → Conduslug — the urban branch. Constant contact with metal salts makes the slime conductive, and the shell pattern takes on a distinctive mesh-like structure.
