Siltskip

Natural basis: mudskipper + fin-walking fish

Role
EngineerDuelist

Scampers quickly across mud, digs damp burrows, coats its body in protective clay armor and senses the tide long before the water rises.

Origin

It formed in tidal zones where the water fully retreats for hours each day. Its skin learned to hold moisture, and its fins turned into legs.

Appearance

A wide brown-and-turquoise body with large eyes on top, two huge supporting flippers and a short tail. Three thick clay plates on its back.
